This piece will be the last for a bit, at least until I return home from a business trip. I was fortunate to even download this from the memory card; I had left about 10 shots from Harpers Ferry on a separate card. The river was drowning leaves, and some had bunched up against the rock-littered shore. Running water and bright sunlight created an impressionistic effect, blurring and rippling the leaves.
